Group

You can manage users by dividing them into groups and create leaderboards that aggregate scores among users within those groups.

Getting Started

To start using the group feature, click the [Get Started Now →] button on the initial group menu screen.

Group List

• The NULL group is the default group that exists. If no specific group is assigned when creating a user, they are automatically assigned to the NULL group.
• The group list displays the group's name, number of users, active user ratio, and creation date.
• The active user ratio is calculated as DAU / Total Number of Users (%). It also shows the increase or decrease rate of the active user ratio compared to the previous day for the last day.

Select Group

You can select multiple groups to merge and delete them.

Search Group

Groups can be searched using an exact match search method for group names.

Create Group

• You can create a new group by clicking the "Create New Group" button and entering a group name.
• The group name can be entered using English uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens ('-'), with a maximum length of 100 characters.
• You can create up to 100 groups.

Group Details

When you click on a group, the group detail page opens, allowing you to view group information, group statistics, the users and guilds belonging to the group, and the list of leaderboards.

Group Statistics

Group statistics are provided to help you check the metrics of that group. You can use these statistics to determine whether to merge the group.

User and Leaderboard

User

• You can view the number of users belonging to the group as well as the list of users.
• Users can be searched by UUID and nickname. The search is conducted using an exact match (equals) method.

Guild

• You can view the number of guilds belonging to the group as well as the list of guilds.
• Guilds can be searched by name. The search is conducted using a partial match method.

Leaderboard

• You can view the number of leaderboards collected by group as well as the list of those leaderboards.
• Leaderboards can be searched by name. The search is conducted using a partial match (contains) method.

Export to Another Group

You can select up to 100 users/guilds from the list to export them to another group.

• Guild leaders cannot be moved. You must delegate the guild leader authority to another user before moving them.
• The current leaderboard rank of users/guilds will be reset when moved to another group.
• If you move a user who belongs to a guild, the guild will remain in the group, and the user's affiliation with the guild will be removed.

Group Merge and Delete

• If there are users within the group, you can transfer them to another group for merging and then delete the group.
• The leaderboard rankings will be reset after moving.
• You cannot create a group with the same name for 30 days after deletion. Once 30 days have passed since the deletion, you can create it again.
