User Access Management - Allow Access

From BACKND Console's User Access Management -> Allow Access tab, you can register specific users who can log in even when the project is under maintenance. (Whitelisting)
You can register up to 100 users.

Options available for search are Period and Target.

  • For Search Period, you can set it in days, up to three months.
  • You cannot select the Type/Status field.
  • In Target, you can enter a user number or a nickname. (When using the multicharacter function, you can only type the user number.)

Allow access​

You can enter the information of the user to whom you will grant access and the reason why.

  • In Target, enter a user number or a nickname. (When using the multicharacter function, you can only type the user number.)
  • In Reason, you can enter up to 20 characters. This is an optional field.

Cannot allow access​

You can register up to 100 whitelisted users per project.

Change access permissions​

You can modify the Reason field of an access-granted case.

Remove whitelisted users​

Select (check box) the user/device to remove and click the Remove button to remove the access permission history.
