User/character mail exchange history​

From BACKND Console's Mail Management - User Mail (when using the multicharacter function, Character Mail), you can check the history of mail sent and received by users.

  • Mail between users is automatically deleted after 15 days from the date of sending, and the date of reception is displayed as Expired.
  • Indications for the date of claim are as follows:
    • When the mail has been claimed: Claimed date (e.g.: 2020.03.17 12:25)
    • When the mail has not been claimed: Unclaimed
    • When the expiry date of the mail has passed and has not been claimed: Expired
