Report and Restrictions

You can check the report history and apply restrictions on users.

Report list

You can check information related to reports at a glance.

  • Report history is displayed in descending order based on the initial report date.
  • The report dates are displayed by their initial report dates.
  • You can hover over a user's nickname to see their UUID.
  • If multiple users have sent a report, it will show N others besides the initial reporter.
  • If there are multiple report reasons, it will show N others besides the initial report reason.
  • The report status is divided into two categories: pending and complete.
  • You can check a user's status in the User Restrictions menu.

You can search for items that match exactly (equals) by the reported user's UUID, reporting user's UUID, and the report date. For the reported user's nickname and reporting user's nickname, you can search by using keywords (includes).

Filter

You can apply filters by setting attributes, operators, and values.

  • Attributes provide report date, reported user nickname, reported user's UUID, reporting user nickname, reporting user's UUID, report reason key, status, and processing method.

Number of reports today

This shows the number of reports received today. Clicking the title allows you to view the list with the ‘Report Date= Today’ filter applied.

Batch process

You can select one or more report histories and batch process the reported users.

You can separate the unprocessed and processed reports. You can also choose from options including No Restriction/Chat Ban/Usage Suspension/Permanent Suspension to apply restrictions to the users.

Report details page

This page allows you to view detailed information about the reported message, including the reported user, the reporting user, report date, report reason, and the action taken regarding the report.

Hide message

By clicking the [Hide Message] button, you can choose a method to hide the message.

  • When you delete a message, users in the channel will no longer be able to see it. However, admins can still view the original content in the console. When you replace a message with *, users in the channel will see the entire message content replaced with *. Admins can still view the original content in the console.

Channel shortcut

You can click the channel where the message belongs to access the details page of that channel.

Total reports

Clicking Total Reports will take you to the report history page with the reported user applied as the filter.

Process

You can separate the unprocessed and processed reports. You can also choose from options including No Restriction/Chat Ban/Usage Suspension/Permanent Suspension to apply restrictions to the users.

If you click [Change Process Status] and make changes to a user who has already been processed, the last changed restriction status will be applied.
