Channel Group Management

In Channel Group Management, you can create, edit, or delete chat groups that manage channels.

Create channel groups​

You can create a channel group by clicking the Create Channel Group button on the upper section of the page.
Up to 10 channel groups can be created.

  • Automatic channel creation is set to Enabled if you select the channel group classification as Guild.
  • If you select the channel group classification as Guild, only guild channels are created in that channel group.
  • If automatic channel creation is enabled, a new channel will be created when the number of currently connected users exceeds 80% of the total user capacity of all channels.
  • If automatic channel creation is disabled, you can only access channels created in advance.
    Even if all users access the channel and it becomes full, a new channel will not be created.

Edit channel groups​

You can edit channel groups by clicking the Edit button to the right of the corresponding channel group column.

  • Classification and automatic channel creation cannot be modified. Only the channel group name can be changed.

Delete channel groups​

You can delete a channel group by selecting it and clicking the Delete button on the upper section of the page.

  • If there is a channel that belongs to the channel group, it cannot be deleted.
